Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all certification documents included to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or through your account dashboard to receive a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid insured shipping label.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton, ensuring all original diamond certificates and appraisals are included.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, where it will be tracked and fully insured during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
