Gutta Percha is a durable material that was developed in the Victorian period when Jet was becoming popular. It is manufactured and molded from the sap of Palaquium trees and takes on a beautiful matte black color. The dial is perfect and original, with the hand applied numerals crisp and legible. It features a 15 jewel manual wind movement manufactured by Fayet Swill and stamped 14k on its inner case-back. It comes with a period Victorian long chain, which measures 28. The watch itself measures: 1 in diameter by 3/8 thick.
