This original antique art deco engagement ring features a 2.86 old European cut diamond in platinum.  The center diamond is quite wide across the face yet is fairly shallow.  This serves two purposesit allows the diamond to show like a larger stone and it sits low on the finger, making it easy to wear.  The stone is held in place by four corner prongs and an open basket which allows for maximum sparkle.
